need rippling water/reflection effect
I have a client who wants this rippling water/refection effect. If you go to http://www.barbev.com/ and scroll down the page a little bit, under the word "homepage" you will see this image of a house with water moving in front of it. This is the effect my client wants. That effect was done with a Java applet. Is there any way to do this effect in Flash? If not, how do I put this image in the middle of my Flash page and have the Java applet work? I have no idea. Thank you for any help you can give me!
