Applying Filters
I'm new to flash, and I'm seriously considering buying CS4 for my Flash needs, but before I do I am trying it out on the trial basis. I decided to try something simple so I thought that I'd go with making a button glow.
I have a tutorial to help me, but it's referencing adding the filter by clicking the option in the Property Inspector. My Property Inspector is only showing "Position and Size". I can not find "Filters" listed anywhere on the toolbar either. I am trying to use an image (jpg) from my computer for the button. I've tried it as a button and as a movie clip. Could this be the problem; can I not use my image for this? Any ideas where things are going wrong for me
