updating urls with a database

O.K. Here is my problem. I just made a flash splash page to interact with a database. There are 4 links on the page that go to different sections. Previously they were html generated from sql. Now, I want to know, does ANYONE know how to update, or call links from an html page? If so, I can have the links still generated from sql, and then just read the links from the html page.
