Rotating a section of an image
Hi,
I've imported a jpeg image of a wind turbine into Adobe Flash CS3. My aim is to get the propeller parts of this image to rotate. My question is to know whether it is possible to get the propeller parts of the image to rotate and how would you go about doing that as I'm quite new to flash. cheers.
