Layer vanishing after keyframe inserted in another??
Hi, all! Flash CS3 newbie here, running Windows version.
Here's the problem: I've got a PNG that I imported after creating it in PS CS3, and converted it to an object on Layer 1. I then created a new layer, and imported a movie clip (basic starburst symbol) onto layer 2. As soon as I create a keyframe on layer 2, the image on layer one vanishes. When a simple motion tween is created on layer 2 and run it, the image on layer one is displayed for a single frame, then vanishes. Is something wrong, or am I just not understanding something here? The basic idea is to use the imported image on layer 1 as a background ala Photoshop, and run the animations on top of it. Am I missing something? Any suggestions welcome! Steve |
