ok, i am having 2 problems with a site i am working on http://www.geocities.com/napalmpro/pak.html
problemo numero uno: ok, what i am doing for the news part of the site is using an external .txt file and then using loadVariablesNum to get it... ithen gave a block of dynamic text "text" so it would show. i made it so u could scroll and all that fancy stuff. now, my problem is, this works offline, but when i get it online it DOES NOT WORK! now do i need to give the exact url when i had it do loadVariables? i put it in the same directory as the .swf online. ok

problemo numero dos: i broke up the movie in2 smaller parts due to big ass load time...is there a way that i can use teh loadMovie command to load a movie and then have it go to a certain scene or frame?? please help me, it would be greatly appreciated. thx!
