Hello there, i am what you might call a Super Newbie -- i am being forced to design a simple SPLASH (blech) page by my wonderful professor who thinks they are cool. Unfortunately... yes, i missed that day in class because "Intro to Web Design" is not so interesting when you already know 80% of the stuff.

SO...

Since i'm not in a "Flash" course, i'm still learning basics. I'm using Dreamweaver 8 and Flash 8. My mission, should you choose to help me fulfill it, is to:

-Create an Index page that starts with a picture and a sound file that has a "Splash page" transition (USING Flash), transitioning to another html page/menu set.

The effect should be like that TV show "Home Improvement" when they switch set locations -- they have a transition that "swipes"/wipes clean the screen with a stupid animation. Then you see the new set location.

I need a full screen animated swipe from one set of info to another.

I have no clue how to do this, and everywhere i look on the web, people are just bashing Splash pages (rightfully so). But my professors LOVES them. Like SUPER loves them.

Please help.

All i need to do is make 1 image/set of info TRANSITION to another page/set of info, using Flash as the transition Splash. I'm sure this is painfully easy. But i can't figure out the trick to making a transition.
