[Cybex]

I've developped an actionscripted lipsyncing tool, which can be found here (http://ketayo.com/tutorials/anim/asls.php). It removes the need to do the boring animation part and can give you detailed lipsync in a matter of seconds.

It still requires you to do a bit of work, but it is far less tedious and boring than animating it yourself and seriously saves mega time if you're making a high in speech flash movie.
