How to add a banner with moving graphics

I have been given the an image to put in my flash website, it s a banner with moving graphics.

I simply want to copy the image onto a page in the

How do I put this image onto my flash template (no html) so the moving graphics continue to work?

I also have the html code for it:

but dont know how to put html code into flash sites.
