Change scene dimensions dynamically
Hi all,
is it in anyway possible to change the scene's dimensions using actionscript? Why would i need this? I use a loader.swf flash-clip that loads other swf's in its scene (and initializes the clip with certain general properties defined in the loader.swf). Problem is that the loaded swf's are of different sizes. It would be nice to adjust the loader's dimensions to the loaded clip's dimensions? Is this possible? A way to work around this problem, is to make the loader's initial dimensions as large as the biggest clip that will be loaded. When the loader's background color is set to 100% transparent, the site won't really suffer from the loader's size when a smaller clip is loaded. But my browser doesn't render the clip's transparent background transparently, but white instead. Any suggestions? thanks! |
