Due to the nature of holiday seasons, where everyone is busy celebrating, the Server migration will be postponed after new year 2006.

The server crashed recently, the server is currently so heavy loaded that our services sometimes load to a crawl and die.
Because of this, regular restarting of the server frequently caused the server to crash very badly and i am doing the best to restore as many services as possible currently.
Please note the services down at the moment as below.

We will be doing an upgrading this year end to an enhanced server and this will resolve many major issues on performance and availability.
However due to the complexity of this site, the migration process will be slow and the downtime of this site could take weeks before our services are up again.
The migration will start in december. Once again, i apologize that there is no guarantee our services would be available prior to the major server upgrades.
