ComboBox Change Handler?

Yo!
 This is the first time I've used the ComboBox component and as usual I have encountered a problem, and need help.  I shearched the web for a tut and found a few good ones. This is the tut I am going by: http://www.swish-db.com/tutorials/view.php/tid/230 I had no problem entering the values or any of that. The problem is all the tuts mention calling a function from a field in "properties" called "Change Handler" where you type the name of the function you have created to make the links work. My problem is that I have no field called "Change Handler"(see jpgs below). Is this because I have MX 2004 Pro? Or am I just to stupid to find it?
