I'm new to the message boards and I just started using Flash a couple of weeks ago. Anyways, I'm trying to do this effect I saw during a concert (I'm not sure if they used Flash for it but I'm trying). Anyway, they did something where they made it look like they turned a monitor on and the screen kinda waved and then got clear... it's hard to explain it...but does anybody know how to do this effect? I've looked everywhere!
