Hello everybody,

I am an intermediate-level Flash developer (I think) and I have a little problem.

Do any of you know how could I stop or play, using actionscript, the movieclips in a flash movie? This is the way it should work:

1. Press STOP button stops all the movieclips running (not the ones with stopped timelines) in _root, inside other movieclips or levels, etc.
2. Press STOP button run the movieclips that were stopped with the STOP button, but only the ones that were stopped, not affecting the ones that weren’t running when pressed the STOP button.

I would very much appreciate any light you can shed on this matter.
