I have searched through a lot of sound posts, and none seem to relate to this problem. I have successfully added sound to my flash file.
I am having a problem though:
I have buttons that dictate the content of the body of the flash presentation by shuttling the user to different frames. The sound file is introduced in say frame 100. If the user then moves to 125, everything is OK. However, if the user then tries to move to say 115, the sound stops, although it still has "stop" for the button.
It seems this is true with a demo from Macromedia:
On this page, if you click play on the second sound, then play the first sound, then stop the first sound, both sounds end, although the speaker for #2 still vibrates.
Is this just a limitation of Flash?
