linking buttons in flash

Hi Guys and Gals

I downloaded a template off the net,now it comes with fla and without,i understand the without-fla template and the linking of buttons in the view source but the fla template is different.Ive adjusted the image and names of the buttons through flash no worries but i cannot for the life of me link the buttons to my other html pages.
I've searched this site so not to bother anyone but i'm stuck, the solutions i try just come up with errors in flash mx2004.even used the onclick-geturl etc etc.

Any suggestions would be kindly appreciated

Below is the html info, hopefully giv u an idea, also i thought a text file should be there to change button name and destination, without using flash.

I'm not using a webhost yet its just on my computer getting it ready.
