Question flash player and internet... help me please!

Hello...

I'm from Geneva in Switzerland... So, sorry for my english! I've got a display problem on Internet with a lot of websites which use flash....

For exemple, I can't read this website or that one. Even the site of Macromedia doesn't work very well at home!!!!
At first, there is a icon of "quicktime", and then, a second icon which represents also the icon "quicktime" but on a film (this is rent slide: see the image in attachment)

It is very strange because some websites work really well. For example, this one or this other one.

I've got a Mac G4 with OSX "Panther" and the problem manifests himself when I run Safari 1.0 or Internet Explorer5.2
Moreover I've installed the new flash player plugins (version 7) and shockwave 9...

I understand nothing any more... help me! Do I need others plugins? thank you very much for your answers.
