hey all,

i am a newbie to flash. this is what i need to happen. I will have a uge text field (don't know how to do that - is it just an empty square) that will be loaded with two things when a menu item is selected: on the left half - a picuture will fade and on the right half...it will be text with a scrollbar. I know that the scrollbar is in components but how do i set in up with a text field and make it scroll. And how do I load it and make a picture load. Each time a new menu item will be needed, the text and picture need to delete and the new ones appear.
