I'm having a nasty problem with a few tools on flash mx 6.0

It happens when i try to use the Line Tool, the oval tool and the rectangle tool.

For instance, when i select the rectangle tool i click on the stage then drag it till the size is fine. In programs like paint, as you do that, a "temporary" rectangle is made showing its current size, and as you move the mouse it changes in size.

In flash that simply doesnt happen with these tools, i CAN create rectangles, circles, etc. BUT i have no idea of their size untill they are created.

anyone knows if that is default of this version or if it is a bug and how to fix it?

I'm using the flash trial downloaded a couple days ago...
