Hullo,

I have to make a slide tile puzzle in Flash and Im pretty much stuck. I am sure there is an easy solution to it but it has yet been ilusive to me. I want the puzzle to be like here:

What I have so far is the picture tiles get loaded in randomly, the border is set with the dragging area specified. So now I have the tiles all where I want them being slidable and getting stuck to the fields and all great. But I cant get the pictures (MCs) to slide along each other / swap them. I have looked for several similar examples but I have only found sliding solutions for key functions and they wouldnt work with the mouse for me. Swapping wouldnt work either. I am thinking I have to call some global function to make that work but Im not sure - where it checks the position of the empty fields with the position of the clicked field and then swaps them to the other position. I hope someone can help me with this. I am not so literate with actionscript unfortunately. Any help is appreciated!!!
