Flash Comm.Server, what is needed from my webhost?

Hey, I hope someone can help me. I have downloaded the trialversion of Flash Communicating Server, and made a rather nice VideoChat that works perfectly here on my machine. My question is, what kind of server technology needs to be on the web host? Is it sufficient with ColdFusion? Or must my web host also have Flash Comm. Server installed? Or what...?

I have read a lot about this on the macromedia sites, but can't seem to find an answer I understand...??

Greetings from norway, the land full of ice and snow.... there is a polar bear knocking at my door...
