We are currently looking for Flash designers along with graphics artists and programmers that are able to take the influx of clientele with our coming advertising.

Any example of a particular site would be www.wateroak-lakeconroe.com. In particular the site plan section.

I am partner in a real estate company that works with many builders and this type of site will be a very common site to have done.

Payment will be made based from project to project. I am looking for a large enough staff to accommodate 4-12 websites per month starting, ranging from basic to completely custom sites.

Projects are expected to be done on time and in a timely fashion. Certain designs may support part time, so this can be discussed further.

Technologies used in these will be DHTML, Flash/Actionscript, PHP, Mysql, Photoshop etc, css, XML, and anything else related to web design. Other positions available.

Our website is currently under production and I need workers for this as well. Currently there are limited funds available for this, thus majority of payment would be inclusion into future projects with the company. This will be the first revision of the website until further funding is available.

Once the company has been producing consistently, I will be offering to hire on as full time salary.
