I'd be interested to know how you did that and the settings you used. I'm trying to stream a 5meg wav, ripped from a *.cda and can't seem to get decent results. Should I convert the *.cda to mpeg format first, then rip to a wav, or did I do the right thing by just ripping it directly into wav format? I got it down to <600k on export, but it sounds like crap.

---------------MP3 into Flash----------------
First off you must have winamp. Once you have winamp open the program and press ctrl p to get the prefrences section. While you are there open up Flash 4. Now while you are in flash 4 go to the file menu and go to import and select the wav format. go to a folder where you would like to import a wav file any folder you will be putting the wav file in that folder. now switch to winamp and go to the tree section and go to output now double clikc on the item nullsoft disk writer plug in it will ask you what folder to save to and select the folder you want to save the mp3 file to as a wav file. you with me i hope so. then open the mp3 that you want to import and play it you wont here music but you will see the time go quickly on the mp3 song file when the song is done playing (not heard) go to flash 4 and select the file you just created as a wav file. Warning if you have low disk space these wav file can be pretty big like usually around 41 megs. then once you import it into flash delete the wav file. you are then done. ------------------ Take a look-----> www.deger.4t.com Email me:------> yendor@tdn.8k.com |
