Well, I looked around on google for the ultrachat last night with no success, so I emailed the CEO of ultrashock about the source, and was told it was a custom chatroom that they made a while back, and they never did release the chatroom.

As for the penguin chat, the reason I ask this is that I've seen a post on here about the experimental penguin chat source, but it's not up anymore...and I wondered if anyone had downloaded it when it was up, and would be willing to upload it or email it to me/attach it to here.

Ultrachat looks like it is along the same lines as Penguin Chat, as it is VERY similar...almost identical except for the basic GUI.

Other than that, I've had no success.

Any help would be awesome, and greatly appreciated.

oh well it looks nice...

how would i start doing it? first think of how to unify the data what parameters we need...

let's say every chatter sends and recieves the following packages...

name of the sender
name of reciepient (which also could b all)
message text
new position (x,y)

now we could define an xml variance of that or just hardcode it.
this way of chat also might live with a standard httprequest method

loadvariables...

but much more elegant is the xml onData...

anyway we need a server file building the chatroom, means collecting all the input and ensuring it's distribution (keep whispers in mind).

unluckily i can't browse fm from home... so hopefully u gonna find someone to help u with the stuff in detail.
