How can I make a flash video? how do i animate it? only with motion tween? (don't think so). I saw on a site, someone was selling flash chars. all kinds of characters in every possible pose, what has that gotta do with animation?

Basic animation 101

Well it all up to what your wanting to make.
All animations in flash are made up of many moving parts.

Example: if lets say you had a picture of a butterfly.
You can draw it yourself, or import the picture.
You can import any picture, and break it apart , on a p.c. it's "ctrl + B".
After you have broke it apart use the arrow tool to select one of the wings
convert it to a movie, do the same thing to the other side.

only with motion tween? (don't think so).

No not all animation is done with tweens, but some are.
After you have the wings made into clips, click on one of the wing to go into the clip.
Next use the free tranform tool, you well see a white_dot on the wing move it to the center of the clip (side that near the body).
Now insert a key frame a line 10, using the free tranform re-scale the wing.
Insert a tween.
Do the same to the other wing.

The point of it is not to show you how draw animation,
but to give you tool to practice animation.

How ever you can break a picture like I showed you above,
with out the need of buy pre-made animation.

For 3D animation you could use Swift_3D

add a drop shadow to make it more believible..

ok, i made a flash of a walking...thing, but when i loop it, at the end it stops for a second and then it plays again, see for yourself

If I was going to do it over
I would remove part of the black on out side of the wings,
this would help with the look of the animation..
