loadVariableNum issue.

I have created a guestbook that is not working on my website. Here's the scoop. When you go to the site, it loads the index.swf movie. Inside that index.swf I load all my other .swf files to a movie clip as a places holder. So, when you click on my Guest Book link (which is located on my index.swf) I tell flash to loadMovie("guest_book.swf", PlaceHolder); Inside that guest_book.swf I have a frame action calling my GuestBook.php, which takes all the information inputed into my input fields, sends them to an external .txt file and then displays the information in a dynamic text field on my guest_book.swf. When you view the guest_book.swf by itself, everything works great. When you view it inside the index.swf, its not working. Does flash have trouble working with php files if the swf is being loaded into another swf? If you go to http://nickrussell.dev911.com you can see what I am trying to get at. You will see that guestbook does nothing. However, if you go to http://nickrussell.dev911.com/guest_book.swf you will see what I was going for. Any help would be great.

If you take a look at the file http://nickrussell.dev911.com/GuestBook.php
It does not seem to load the guestbook entries. I'm not sure where your flash is calling the php file. So you might want to look into the actual php and see if anything is amiss.

Yeah, I can see thats the case. All of my files are in the same directory. Like I said, when I open http://nickrussell.dev911.com/guest_book.swf it works great. But when I view it from my full site, it doesn't. Here's what happens. You go to my site and my index.htm loads by default of course. That index.htm contains my flash movie titled index.swf. My index.swf contains my main navigation and is displayed throughout the intire movie. When you click on the Guestbook link, my index.swf loadsMovie guest_book.swf to a MovieClip title PlaceHolder (another way of loading external files without levels). Can this effect the guest_book.swf's relative location to the php file? Like I said, all my htm, swf, php, and txt files are in the same directory. Nothing fancy here. Thanks.
