I don't know if this is because I'm working off a mac but i have three layers each with a MC that has a pic in it.

The top layer motion tweens to a 0 alpha which nicely fades into the pic below it (on the middle layer). Then I repeat this step for the middle layer but it does not make a nice fade into the pic below it. Makes a grey square in the middle of the tween. Checked layer types and etc and eveything matches.

anyone else had this problem before?

The first animation works fine but not the second but they are both doing the exact same thing
