Hi,

I'm trying to stream an FLV through the media player.
It works fine in an SWF, but when I put that SWF into an HTML page, the FLV does not play.

ANy suggestions?

Also...what is the best way to get a quality FLV (less pixelation) while maintaining a low file size?

I have found, believe it or not, that the XHTML that Flash creates when you do 'publish' sometimes stops Flash movies from working. You might try stripping out all those trailing slashes and changing the DOCTYPE. When you've made the changes to the HTML by hand, uncheck the tickbox next to HTML in the Publis dialog otherwise Flash will overwrite it next time you do a publish.
